Les exigences de base pour l'application de revêtements anticorrosifs

2024.12.12
The basic requirements for the application of anticorrosive coatings are as follows:
  1. Excellent adhesion and physical-mechanical properties
: Strong adhesion to steel substrates or other coated surfaces is a prerequisite for obtaining high-quality heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings. In particular, excellent wet film adhesion, low shrinkage rate, and appropriate hardness, toughness, abrasion resistance, and temperature resistance are required.
  1. Good corrosion resistance
: This includes resistance to corrosion from chemical atmospheres, water, acids, alkalis, salts, and other solvents.
  1. Excellent resistance to media penetration
: The superior barrier effect of heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings requires that, after film formation, the coating has the lowest possible permeability to water, oxygen, and other corrosive factors.
  1. Good application properties
: The coating should achieve appropriate thickness (the thicker the coating, the better the barrier effect) and meet structural design requirements.
